Got a call, said hello twice & NO answer.

This person called several times and said he was from the city of LA and needed access to our house. When I asked who he was and what he wanted he hung up.

When I answered, it was a man saying my maiden last name he put Ms in front of it. Before I could say anything he hung up. It's coming from a cell phone, cause thats what popped up on my caller I'd. I called back and the recording said there is a voice mail that haven't been set up yet.

This was a 'last time message from the IRS for tax issues'... total SCAM

Called and left message that IRS Is about to file lawsuit against you

after receiving many voice messages, and many hang ups from this number I decided to call it back and blocked my caller id.  They claimed they were from the IRS, wanted my name, address and phone number and when I refused to share, they got very nasty and advised me they would now take this to the "courthouse".  It is obviously a scam.

I have been receiving phone calls from different numbers like this over the last couple months.  With new technology these scammers can even plug in the call in IRS number 800-829-1040 (which is a number to call, not one that will ever call you).  Not too mention IRS does not call anyone, they deal in mail only.
