Did not state Company

Asked for company they claimed to be health department. Asked for license, claimed manager already had all information to send. Wouldn't leave number or contact information. I was not able to call back. Seems fishy..

A representative name Merril (women) was  from the health department asked them to call me back because I was with a patient at the time, tried calling back at the number 213-518-8000 and it was disconnected and no longer in service.  I will call my carrier to inform them ...suggest you do the same

Said it was the health department conducting a survey on medical services.    (Voice message was left)

Trying to sell some medicine

Said they were L A county child support atty office

LM and said name was Jessie and calling from LA County with an urgent message.  Left 213-639-4331 as number to return call. Returned call and said he was with LA Health Dept.  Gave supervisor name of Eleanor Tupas and phone # of 213-639-4395 for her.

Declined call, no voicemail left...I then called from a centrex line and got the disconnect message....Scam and number has been blocked

Caller said he was with LA County Department reading an email must be wrong email.

Lady called me. Asked for me , said she’s calling from LA county and it was confidential. Gave me a call back number. But I called the number she called from and it was disconnected i don’t know weather to call back or leave it as is.

Called an left a message.  Said they were from LA County to discuss a matter.  I called the phone number they left.  They wanted to make sure I was on a private secure line and that it was extremely confidential.  323-246-5303.  She then asked for my date of birth.  I said I didn't feel comfortable giving that out without even knowing what this was about.  She said she couldn't disclose without my date of birth.  I declined.  She then said that she would just come over to my house then to deal with the matter.  I asked her if she knew my address.  She said yes.  I asked what it was and she said she couldn't disclose that unless I gave her my date of birth.  I then told her I'll see her at home then and hung up.
