When I answer, they hang up.

Called my cell phone. Only family and close friends know this number. Did not recognize the number and didn't answer. No message was left which means it was a scammer.

Phone rang twice and when I answered it....it stopped ringing.

Received a call from this number. It's an Algeria phone number. Spam phone call, didn't answer. No voicemail.

I can say all the above posts mimic what happened here, as well. Scammer, to say the least!

Called my cell early this morning. My phone rang a half ring once and then it stopped. There was no message left. Looked up the number and found this post. Not familiar with number and I don't answer those I don't know.

SCAM - FRAUD. It's a scam phishing for your credit card info and home address so they can buy things online or empty your accounts. They claim you won a free gift card or travel voucher and that they need your credit card just to cover mailing costs for sending it to you. Total Fraud. Spread the word. Never trust random calls that seem to good to be true.
