These people are scammers. This is a boiler room operation probably located in Nigeria, or some other country that have a lot of crooks. This is a fake payday loan collection scam.

Do not send them any money. You are not being sued, and you are not going to be arrested. We do not have debtor's prisons in the United States.

someone from this number called me and said that thier name ws officer scott thomas and they were and L.A. police investigator I played like i was someone else and said i will take a message and he gave me this number but when i *67 and called backthey never said hello or anything they just kept hanging up on me I think this is an collection agency as well now i'm gonna call and mess with them and tell them i'm an investigator and i'm getting alot of crank call from this number and see how they respond.

I recieved a call saying thati am being sued for a payday loan. i live in the state of texas. i call a lawyer and they told me that it was a scam not to fall for it.

I have been receiving calls all day, back to back from this Scott person saying that he is a Federal Officer but yet he works for a law firm?? He says that I am going to sued by the state that i live in if I don't call him back. He says that I have comitted a federal offense.  Wouldn't the feds contact me themselves and why would an investigator be working in a law firm?

I received one call after another from some guy name Steve Anderson.( funny he sounded foreign to me couldnt understand a word he was saying) when asked to speak with the owner they hung up....I think I will start calling them and mess with them......SCAM...I have never taken out any kind of a payday loan!

This is a scam!!!!!!! I have received calls from this number from a Scott that says that he is with a Law firm. He stated that I was being sued by Payday loans. When I asked when did I supoosely have taken out this loan they told me in June and that I didn't have money in my account to pay them. I looked at my account and I did not receive any payday loans from them. He started threating me and I asked to have proof that I was beening sued by them. They just kept stating I will receive a statement after I pay it off. They had all my information such as my social security number, address, birthdate etc. They called me twelve times in fifteen minutes. They harrassed me!!!! Then all of a sudden I had money missing out of my account.  With the name KHIMAJJ Corporation. When I called them back on this number they picked up hello. What company or corporation just say hello when answering the phone? Then when I told them that they have taken this money out of my account the man got hostile and raised his voice saying that I owe the money.Then they started transfering me around and hanging up on me.  EVERYONE BE AWARE!!!!!!

I received a call from this number guy said his name was Mike Marsh with us credit loans, stating that an online loan company called us cash advance had deposited money into my account, and now they were going to send out a legal affidavit suing me for the money. They have all my info s.s# bank account# address d.o.b. everything. DO NOT send them any money its a huge scam!!!!!

I received about 20 calls from this # in the past two days. Then there is money missing from my account. I hope whoever is pulling this scam is reading this. I am taking this up with my attorney and you will be hearing from me!

Received phone call 8:00am CDT; phone ID indicates number originated in California (I'm in Texas).  The caller - for whom English is not his native language - asked for another person, whom I do not know.  I told him there was no one here by that number and to please not call this number again, as I am on the Do Not Call list. He then asked me my name.  I again replied that I was on the Do Not Call List, and that I knew he was a scammer.  He was very outraged, and said, "Scamer?!"  I then told him I was reporting his phone # to the Do Not Call list, which I have done.  I have also gone into my cell phone provider preferences and blocked this number from any other calls.  I will also keep any eye on my bank account and immediately change my password.

This number keeps calling stating to be some sort of federal law agency about a debt not owed. It is a shame that some people will agree to do this for a living. Too bad we cannot flush the outs like rats and allow those they harrass to take THEM to court and sue for lying, harrassing, wasting time, jeapordizing jobs, abuse, etc.

Ignore them and hopefully our communication laws will change and the will get their just rewards.

I got this call today both at work and at home....where I was.  The caller had an Indian accent and suggested I was being sued on Monday for a $300.00 Pay Day Advance.  I was VERY, VERY aggressive with the caller, telling him to NOT call me until I got served papers, and he hung up on me.  I called back 20 times before I finally got him to listen to me.  I told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor...another Indian accent.  I told them that I would be giving this telephone number over to my OWN lawyer....and that THEY were about to be sued by ME for harassment at work and identity theft.  (They has presented me with my social security number and bank account info....scary!)  The "supervisor" said that they would NOT be calling me again and apologized.  I asked "What about the lawsuit?" and they hung up.  OBVIOUSLY A SCAM>>>>>I called Bank of America (my bank) and informed them, and they said they were getting alot of these lately and to monitor the account.  Change account numbers if necessary.  WOW....what is this world coming to.....LOL!

I made a report with the local police department, and even spoke with an agent in the Miami Field office for the FBI who took all my information and said this is scam operation is already under investigation.  The "Pay Day Loan" scammers have been around for along time, apparently, operating to illegally derive funds from victims who get tired of their calls.  MAKE A REPORT WITH YOUR LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS>>>>THEY TAKE IT SERIOUSLY....Bank of America filing investigation as well.

all of the above happened 2 me they still harrass after 2 mons but not as many times they are also using this phone # so if u c this # its same 914-269-4450 these people need 2 b stopped its redicoulous they also told me they were calling my work n i may get fired n they were gonna take my prperties n have me arrested told me i was gonna get paoers 2 mons still nothing i called bank after 1st call, 1st off they need 2 learn how 2 speak english. they also tried 2 make me pay 374 dollars saying i had 300 put in my account mons ago now they told me i'm being smart n need 2 pay 1,940.00 yeah rite i said no, thats when he started yelling at me needless 2 say he got hung up on but 2 call back 30 times after that ridiculous.

received numerous calls from this number to me and my husband threating us saying we owe them money and if we dont pay we will be sued and arrested for fraud....REALLY!? First off we arent late on no bills and we didnt take out no payday loan...my husband called him back and first his name was robin then it was davy...We call the police and filed a report...They said we arent the first ones to file a police report regarding them...HOPEFULLY they get caught!!!! My husband is in the military and not only are the civilain police investigating this but the military police are too!!!!
