This caller has been phoning us and apparently talking with us for nearly an hour at a time, even tho we do NOT know this caller OR the phone no. used.  Fortunately, our plan does not bill us for long conversations!

Number appears as restricted so you cannot call it back. Appears as residential on reverse lookup, yet when called has disconnected message. Seems to be part of a scam. My tip -- block calls from restricted numbers. Reported this to law enforcement (Feds), since I live in another state from where area code is located (located in CA).

Weird thing is that the number shows up on usage/billing as an incoming call, but shows  as restricted on my caller ID on phone.

I received a call from my parents home phone and talked to them for almost an hour. The bill shows that I received the call from that number instead of my parents'. The area code is from Los Angeles.

Called my business phone, and left a silent message on voice mail. Called it back and no answer.

Number called my cell phone, said hello and there was nothing but static on other end then it disconnected.  Called number back and recording said the phone number was disconnected.

Called my buisness line which simultaneously rings my cell phone. caller id said unknown on the office line, but was detected as 213-596-9689 on my cell phone.
I answered with my usual buisness greeting, and person apologized for the wrong number.

phone number shows up on id - no message

I received a call from this number and didn't answer the call.  When I checked my voicemail, it turned out to be a friend.  I have AT&T and so does the friend who called me, so I wonder if this is an AT&T number?

I let the call go to voicemail.  The voice-to-text transcription of the message they left reads is folllows: "Good evening. My name is Nancy. I'm a sophomore sitting Chinese and religion calling from UB. I'm calling up on a letter sent to you by Natalie Cater Moffett. I'm sorry, we weren't able to connect tonight, but we look forward to catching up with you in the next couple of days, we would love to update you on the great things happening EBM. Have a wonderful evening "

i got a call from this no. +96895999911 i called back but it was some guy n pretended as if he had never called me but i received his calls many times... can u plz find out n ... help me know who is this ... ???
