The caller says he is Franklin Bishop an attorney and we are being sued for a bad check. He tries to get info out of people--it is a scam--beware. Says he is from Drake and Assoc.

I keep getting these calls from Drake and Associates each of which is a different number.  I am really not sure what to believe now they leave messages saying they need me to call back with intent to settle or I will have to go to court and could possibly be charged with fraud and have to go to prison.  Number one i dont think they have the right to threaten and number two I cant find any information on this company at all so i am cutting off payments.  i started making payments and made two already but because I havent received any of the documents they so call say they mailed out and emailed me as well I havent received anything.  Any advice on what to do next?  These calls are starting to get out of control and cause my ansiety to go through the roof causing me to have massive panic attacks.

SCAM! Saying to pay money to avoid going to litigation. If you were being sued, they have to serve you in person, not make you pay over the phone.

I've received two threatening messages so far from Drake and Associates about a lawsuit. Obviously a scam. The numbers are 866-967-0154 and 855-242-0512. I'd like to sue them if someone would tell me how to do it!
