This is UPS Customer counter.  It's a legitimate call.

I picked up my phone and this number showed on caller ID, I was expecting a call from UPS, she said
she was with UPS, I acknowledged it was me and we got cut off. She called again and call was cut off again.
I've tried calling back and it says this is NON-Working #number! (213)612-1899. she left message and said she's call again within the next 15-20 minutes. It's been 1 hour and I do not have my UPS shipment (a paycheck) or a call.
please advise

these people are freaks.. they can lie right to your face with no hesitation, and do not intend on doing anything besides taking another coffee break.

I wouldn't have cared, but UPS cost me almost 1000 bucks in missed wages from taking off days of work waiting for late shipment.

Dude, I can find my keys with a GPS dot, they can't find a GIGANTIC PACKAGE WITH BARCODES AND RFID?  right... that's just plain laziness and "I don't really care about making the world a better place" attitude they flaunt to your face...

better yet now they just told my my 4000 dollar shipment is lost.. F YOU UPS..

They suck.Don't deal with this joint unless you have millions of free hours on hand.They are liers.

They don't do what they said they will do instead they put the blame on you for their own mistakes.

We have stopped business with UPS due to too many over charges and corrections made with either dimensions and weights. We used and still use stamped dimensions on boxes and weight are 100% accurate with different digital scales. They are in the middle of class action. I will not give business if they are the last shipping company on the planet. Lost too many customers already due to expensive shipping prices. United States Postal Service which has a rating of 1 out of 10 is better than them. This phone number of 213-612-1899 is BLAINE shipping hub for UPS and customer service overall with both phone and locations is a -10. God bless USA, we need a better service with our government facilities...etc.

This number called me and asked me to call UPS. They gave me no tracking number only the address where they are trying to deliver the package and when I called UPS they couldn't do anything unless they have the tracking number. The caller should have given us the tracking instead of the address where they are trying to deliver especially if we do not know where it is coming from. Not very helpful at UPS customer service.

Well I called UPS regarding an application I put in for packaging handler.they did not puck up the phone at all.I'm trying to get the address for the interview but no-one is picking up the phone.The interview is tommrol.and I really need this bad.

After I placed a formal complaint with UPS yesterday for not taking the time to call my intercom to deliver a package, instead  leaving a notice as if I was not home, they call today from (213) 612-1899. I did not pick up but my answering machine registered a robo call asking if I would recommend UPS services. I wish I had answered the call to let them know that they are the worst service on earth.  I intended to call the number and a recording stating "this is a non working number"

I called inquiring why I didn't received the next day air package I paid for. The delivery driver apparently got the [***] and left notes on my mailbox in our mailroom stating he "attempted" to deliver. He never came to the unit number to actually make an attempt to deliver the package. That is how they respond to complaints, will just lie about attempted deliveries and then send your package back to where it came from.
