Saying a lawsuit against me

Just received a call saying this is my last notice that IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  I must call right away 213-709-2898

"Final Notice" recorded message from "IRS" stating they have been trying to reach me and they are filing a lawsuit against me.
I must call 213-709-2898 asap.

Got the same message IRS law suit message from these ret....ds. I guess the IRS have moved their new "calling system" overseas because of the Indian accent. Oh wait by law they can only use postal service mail so this must just be the Nigerian team moving their operations to India after having so much success with their other Nigerian scams.

Had two calls this morning.  Same message, "This is to notify you that the IRS has a lawsuit against you."  Later went to a medical appointment here in Pittsburgh.  The technician who did my procedure said 3 of his patients complained of similar calls today.  I then called the number. It rang exactly 20 times before someone with an Indian accent answered "This is the IRS may I help you?"  I asked him why it took him 20 rings to answer the phone.  He appeared not to understand the question.  I said, "This is obviously a scam.  I will believe the IRS is suing me when I receive an official notification in the mail."   Then, I hung up.

I also received the same message that irs had a lawsuit filed left 2 times on aug 2.  Today i went on the irs website at www.Tigta.Gov and filled out a complaint form and requested that they shut down this phone site
