Calling numbers back doesn't help matters, in fact can make them worse. Its bad because the numbers are spoofed as a ROT. You could be calling some innocent persons number or a innocent business that had nothing to do with the calls. While we understand that is is a frustrating thing, its just a bad idea.

Consider buying a call blocking device or phone. Many are around $50.00 and can block up to 1500 numbers. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Also please realize that Charity, Political and some Survey's are exempt from the DNC. They can still get into trouble if they don't place you on their internal DNC when asked to though.There's only one state I know of that covers Charity and is a no no under state DNC.

Pyramid scam!!

Received a call from 213-797-4445, answered on second ring, caller hung up.

Automated message caller, life couching or something like that, solicitation to sell something.

did not pick it up.... scam.

Automated call.  Calls day and night.  Says do not hang up.

Robocall.  Called my cellphone twice today, left no message.  When I called back, I got a 5 minute recorded message that provided absolutely zero information about the scam they were peddling, did not give their name or location, and only wanted me to leave my phone number.  The chances are 100% that this is a pyramid scheme.
