received a call from an unavailable/unknown number. woman claims to be with LTS whoever that is and they were hired by a law firm to deliver a legal document that was refused by me or by someone for me. doesn't give the law firms name, just this number. too bad nobody has tried to deliver anything and haven't been home all day.

Got the same call today. They were rude too when they left the message. Nobody tried to deliver anything as my mom was home all day long.

Call me and I'll tell you what this rude [***] guy said he should be sued

Called said from health yes and needed info to deliver legal documents due to no one would sign for them. Name was Josh and said i had 2 hours to call them back . Lol scam artists !

My boyfriend got the same call saying he refused legal paper. Someone is always home if they would have delivered legal paper.  What a joke ughhh

I got this call today too, I called the Federal Trade Commissioner.  They had my social security number and gave personal information to my husband about me without my permission, including my social security number and I could hear them doing so with my own ears.  They claimed to be a law office,  claimed I had a legal bill from the day after Thanksgiving in 2006 which is impossible and also made the claim they tried to deliver paperwork and that if I didn't return their call in 2 hours I would face legal consequences and no one had been to my home.   They called me on my work number not my personal number.  I would like to take legal action and think anyone who reads this post should consider doing so as well.   If ya'll are interested in joining me I will check back to this site.

I said legal bill, I meant hospital bill,  so this is a supposedly 10 year old debt and they said they are going to file a Junction against me,  claimed I had assets they could file against  (I'm not sure about what assets they are speaking of)  and that the hospital who had my debt filed bankruptcy and kept bad records  (that's why I never received a bill) and that the company that purchased the hospitals across the US wrote off most the debts but were coming after me and they could tell me the date I was supposedly in the hospital but not what  hospital.   The Federal Trade Commissioner has urged me to contact my states Attorney General as well as the Attorney General for the state they are calling from.

Received a call from this number for my brother - I don't know why they would have my number for him- saying he refused delivery of legal paperwork and that he had two hours to call the number back said the name of the company was LTS and gave a complaint number as well. said that he had to call the number NOW!

This is exactly what happened to me yesterday.  They claim to be an attorneys office but do not answer the phone with an attorney name.   This seems to be a bogus scam.   But I'm seeking advice through the Federal Trade Commission and I was advised not to speak with them if they call again.

Same exact thing happened to me. Rattled off my whole social and wanted me to verify, which I didn't. Not cool!
