Found the same thing on my bank statement...called them and they stated I ordered a battery pack for a playstation 2 from their website. I advised her I didn't make any order to remove the charge...they stated they would refund my money in 3 business days. I also called and reported them to my bank. I will be finally a fraud alert against them.

It remains unknown where they are getting names, addresses and credit/bank card numbers. Presumably from actual transactions conducted on their scam website ordering cheap products that will never be shipped. They may have association with malware that collects names, emails, card numbers and other information from web or email activity on your computer.

I have never heard of this company etechplay.com.  I googled it because I just received a charge on my credit card a 1/2 hour ago.  I haven't used this card for awhile.  The only company that has information of this card is the Magic Jack company.  Is Magic Jack giving away our card numbers?  Otherwise, I just do not know how this card was hacked.  I am a single parent of two, living from paycheck to paycheck.  These fools need to leave my little bit of money alone.

It is Magic Jack because it is the same terminal number that took the money off of my account.  I did not authorize this charge!

Well, now we know the origin of compromised account information:

Global Payments Trades Halted as Card Firms Probe Breach
    March 30, 2012

March 30 (Bloomberg) -- Global Payments Inc., the transaction processor that plunged today on a report that account data may have been compromised, said it detected a possible breach weeks ago and told federal authorities.

“In early March 2012, the company determined card data may have been accessed,” the Atlanta-based firm said today in a statement four hours after its shares were halted, without specifying how many accounts may be affected. “The company promptly notified appropriate industry parties to allow them to minimize potential cardholder impact. The company is continuing its investigation into this matter.”

    (...)

Global Payments’s stock plunged (GPN) as much as 13.7 percent, and was down 9 percent when its trading was stopped, after the Wall Street Journal reported the firm was hit by a security breach that may have put 50,000 cardholders at risk. A separate report on krebsonsecurity.com, which tracks cybercrimes, said more than 10 million accounts may have been affected by an incident in the payment industry.

I was charged also:  $9.72 on 3/10--posted on 3/11.  I have never spoken with them either, and my bank never notified me that my card may have been compromised.  I do not have MagicJack, so while they may have been affected, I don't think they are the only ones.  The above article that 'SmokingMadUpdate' posted, up to 10 million accounts may have been affected. Will be reporting to my bank tomorrow!!

    Etechtrade SCAM
I just had a charge show up on my bank account from etechtrade.com for $10.71 ... I am reporting fraud tomorrow as I don't even own a TV or gaming system. I hope $10 is all they get because It scares the hell out of me how they got my credit card/ banking information and were able to take money from this many people so fast.

They charged me for 10.83 . Small amounts tend to go unnoticed over a large number of people. I called them to get the charge off. Suddenly there was a bad connection. I could hear her clear as a bell when she said she had static and hung up. I immediately called back and got the recording "no one is available".... I called the bank and reported them.

I also received a $10.14 charge to my account on 4/20/2012 - I hope these people get caught no matter who released my number.  I can't be spending even $10.00 - they are taking food from my child by doing this crap!! I am not sure where they got my information because I only pay bills on line and have ordered through Amozon very infrequently.  This was not a call it was found on my bank statement and i googled it!!!
