someone at this number has called my husbands boss and was asking information about us. Saying we had an internet loan of 400 dollars and if we did not contact them or send them the money they were gonna put my husband in jail for fraud. They said they were from a law firm in Austin, Texas named the UNLE law firm. There is no such place found in the yellow pages.. I think this is a scam!!!!

I also received a call stated that I took out an internet loan in the amount of $400, and that I was in default and had to pay or they were taking me to court.  I did my research.  No such company (UNLD Law firm), and the address that they gave me was not real either (1565 E Robbi Ave, Sunnyvale, CA).  The phone number is based out of Los Angeles, California.  After I told them that I would pay, (it was a trick to buy me time to do my research), they wanted me to sign and fax a document stated that I would pay them, and they wanted me to sign this contract.  Once I told them that I wouldn't pay, then all of a sudden, they wouldn't answer the phone or the phone was busy!  Be Careful!

Someone called claiming to be an Officer Mark and he insisted I call him back or things could be bad for me.

The same thing happened to me.  The "Officer" said he was filing a lawsuit against me for fraud for a $500 loan that I never took out.  Uses hard core tactics & calls you at work.

You scammers are back again calling - don't you realize I am not going to pay you a dime...

Anna, i got the same message from Officer Mark Stevenson who told me to call back the number at 213-816-0951. I believe it's a scam as well because they ask for you to fax a authorization letter but refuses to send what's known as a "proof of debt"

I recieved the same call from this company and I was thinking it was a scam until they said all of my information! But it threw me off when I heard them speaking a different language! Idk about this company and if they exist. I know for sure that I did not make any electronic loan for 400 dollars!!! Ugh damn scams need a life!!!

This supervisor also tol me this was very suspicious, and the lender themselves should have been contacting me and not EZcash who only matches people up with the lenders. So, I ended up calling this 213 area code number back, and got a message it was "temporarily disconnected". It's scary they have all my info!

I forgot to add I also got calls from "officers", none of whom could speak english so a person could understand, and also from another phone # 206-816-0951

the people  call  my  wife  job  and   got  her  fired  on  her  job  some  one  sould   be   accountable    for  it  somone  should  call  and  let  ous  no  whit  happen   think  you???????????????????

They say that they are a law firm and I have a law suit against me.

I want to share a story that is causing many people to get scammed. My name is Jonelle Stark and I received a phone call from a “Law Firm” named UNLD, based out of California. The “Officer” called my work, and told me I had a lawsuit out in my name for an unpaid internet loan. In November, due to hard times, I applied for a loan, but never went through with it. I asked the gentleman who the loan was through, and he was very hostile, stating “I already told you that”. He claims the loan was through Cash Net USA. I asked him the date of service, he said November. I asked him if he knew an exact date, he said that he couldn’t tell me… That was faulty. I asked him if it was directly deposited into my account (to make sure that the loan had went through without me knowing) and he said yes. I knew that $300 was never deposited from any loan company. I told him that I did not buy this story, and he said he was going to turn me over to the California court house. He had my social security number, work number, account number, etc. I eventually hung up on him because he was yelling at me. I called my bank, shut down my account, and researched this “company” online. I called Cash Net USA and they said I have never taken out a loan through them. I figured with our current economic situation, many people are exploring money loans and they may receive this same phone call.

I just received a call from UNLD law firm from officer :::::::  who the hell can understand what these people are saying.    Apparently, I'm being sued from company "A" who knows for $600 and I need o pay it off immediately.       When I called back at 818-302-7511 asking who they were, etc this indian man started yelling at me stating he was going to contact my employer and have my wages garnished etc.   When I told him I didn't know who he, the company, or the sueing company was he just continued to yell in lord only knows what language so I hung up.
