Get texts from these idiots. They are texting the phone of a 12 year old, it's a new number, but they won't quit.

I keep getting threats that i owe  some loan company . I do not . They have been trying to get me to pay out of court. No documentation ever to prove it. Just texts and phone calls. What to do ?

Ignore them all. Shut down any way they may be able to leave threatening phone messages, send their texts to 7726. They can't threaten anyone without an answer.

got a text this morning stating:

"We are trying to reach you since couple of days regarding your unpaid due of $1986.31Find your WARRANT COPY in your email which be going to release on Friday evening 4pm. Warning is under civil procedure rules.  You can reach us on cashadvancedebtsettlement003@gmail.com"

There is so many things wrong with this.  First, a legitimate company would not use a gmail account for collections.  Second, grammer is way off.  Third, what email address did they send it to?

I have been getting calls from scammers for years and been threatened arrest at my employment, jail time until it goes to court to serving time in prison if I don't pay and I DO NOT OWE anyone.  I don't even have a credit card.  I have a very common name, there are companies calling me and when I talk to them, they realize I am not the one they are looking for due to age, location or whatever.  I am so tired of all this and now they are sending me text, just wish they would leave me alone.
