The name in the Caller-ID was "Jesus Christ". I answered it and there was an automated message that said "Everything you learned about Christ is wrong. Press '1' to learn more."

I didn't press any buttons. I just said "Duh!" and hung up.

Okay folks. This is a new one unlike any I've ever seen.
The caller ID read Jesus Christ. haha
I didn't pick it up and they didn't leave a message but probably figured with a caller id like Jesus Christ they would get more people to pick up the phone just out of curiosity. And then I am sure the constant phone calls would begin since they would then know someone is living at this phone number.
Jesus Christ...............very funny

Ok, curiosity got the better of me so I called the number back. It is an outfit (church of some kind) called "The True Body Of Christ". They want to sell you a $30/month DVD newsletter claiming that you are not truly following Christ until you learn how from their $30/month DVD newsletter.

Hmm, maybe this is a racket I should get in on. Maybe I'll claim to be from the church "The True Ass Of Religion" and see if I can get people to pay me $30/month to send them some crappy DVD in the mail that explains how much of a gullible sucker they are to pay me $30/month for my crappy DVD.

So we got a call from "Jesus Christ" from this 213 number.  Of course we didn't answer - figured it was just someone asking for $$$ - donations.  Soooo...he lives in L.A.? The city of angels 0_0??

Saw the name on the caller ID but didn't answer. Figured if it was really Jesus he would have properly identified the market he was targeting. We didn't celebrate his birthday so I think he dialed incorrectly.

Saw Jesus Christ on the caller ID and knew it was a scam as he does not need a phone

Got a call from this number on Feb 17th, which fits right in the timeline of the previous posts.  Caller ID said "Unknown Name."  Didn't answer.  No message left.
