Emily Taylor states there is a civil complaint against me and left this message on my work phone.

It's a scam -- called my sister saying she co-signed on a loan and they were a law firm.  My sister has. Ever co-signed anything nor do I owe anyone money.

I just received a call from a female, did not leave her name, but her office number 213-995-6205 with a civil complaint against me. Don't know what it is all about. I have received a calls from this number several times, but with a male voice - no name.

I have no idea who this is.

Received 2 back to back voicemails from this number on the first voicemail I couldn't understand the very beginning but the woman said she was a Lawyers office and that a civil suit had been filed against me to return their call immediately. The second message was the same woman with the same story and that if i didnt respond within 72 hours i was waiving my rights and the case would continue accordingly. The woman also left a supposed "case number" but i can't find it in any sort of data base... Sounds fishy

Hello, I received a call from a Natali Lewis from Garrett Meridian Ross Co. at 412 346 1317, about some file they needed to speak to reguarding my husband, and his sister. They also left a file number to give when calling back. It is MR50122.

My sister just received a VM on her home phone. From a woman, at 1-213-995-6205, saying it was Meridian Ross or something, sounds like a Law firm, if indeed a fake one. Left a CR case number saying I needed to file a statement for the processor. I am taking this to be a scam and I am absolute not calling them back. I am going to report it to the BBB.

Yes I recieved a call similiar to everyone elses but mine was a 317-759-6550 number but said the same thing as everyone else is saying im thinking its a scam because tjey wont mail a debt of validation so im not going to reply

A message was left by a woman named Lauren who said that I have a civil complaint case against me. She left me a case number, a phone number to call 213-995-6213, and I would be served soon. At the end of her message she says see you soon. I called the number and got a recording of a non working number. Also went on line to check the civil case and number, nothing exists.

A man called me named Nathan cross he been calling me for over a year but at random times of the year its a scam because i havent received anything from this guy in a year!!!!im just tired of these threats.....

Just got a call from 713-588-2588.  Looking for someone, guy claimed first to be officer David Robinson, then he was investigator David Robinson.  I flat out asked him if he was a cop and he did say no. Garrett Meridian Ross was the name referenced, no one the person he was asking about even knows! Gave a case number like a court case number and kept asking me my relationship with the person he was looking for. BEWARE!  This is a SCAM!

I've been getting calls from these people looking for someone who doesn't live in my house - nor are we in any way related to who they're looking for.  I called them to ask that they stop calling and they want me to give them my phone number.  I told him - I'm not giving you any of my personal information - you called it so you already have it.  Call me one more time and I'm filing harassment charges! ... we'll see if they continue to call.

Stacy called me saying I'm in mediation for a payday loan I received but can't provide me with any paperwork she's very rude but unfortunately for her I'm way a smart mouth, first she called my job from a city in GA that doesn't even exist then all of a sudden the next day she is in LA CA, I gave her and "her supervisor John" a piece of my mind and told them to stick it where the sun don't shine! John n Stacy laughed and said they'd see me in court and hung up I called back and told them I recorded the whole conversation and would gladly see them in court and they immediately hung up. Losers!

I called back and he told me that there had been a civil complaint against me from my county. Kinda odd that my county would send anything to L.A. County for litigation. I asked him how he got my social and he hung up on me. Beware... It's a scam

Received 2 messages from Michael Allen. Mr. Allen identified himself as a "state locator" for the "state". He advised me to call him back number at 213-286-0077 and left a "case number". Said that there are fraud charges against me. He also said that he is to let me know my rights for serving me with legal documents to appear in court.

I have no fraud charges against me. I am blocking this number. He is not a cop, da, or pica licensed pi. Just an overly aggressive collector most likely. From the state....what state? Lol, he's no official.
