At first no one then a machine like voice answered.  Claimed not to be a machine.  Just said their name was Julie. Since they did not I'd themselves, I hung up...

when I picked up, at first there was just silence.  Then a robotic-like voice said "hi, this is Julie".  I replied "you are a machine".  A moment passed with some electronic clicking then a mechanical sounding laugh and "no, I am real, shy do you ask?"  I hung up.  Called the number back, it is not in service.  Caller ID said the cell was from Texas...

Thanx for the comments, all. I got a call a few times this year and did not answer it. No message left.

Di didn't recognize the # so a adult female left this message on my voicemail, DIE, I have had about 4 calls from this # over the last month.
Tried to call back but was not successful.

Maybe I should report this to the police

I got a call from this number. Did not pick up.

Got a call from this # yesterday.  For GE home security.  When I interrupted and told him "I wasn't interested", he said "no one is until they get broken into."  At this point, I proceeded to YELL at him to take me off their call list, as I've been contacted on numerous occasions but, always from a different number in the 214 area code.  Super annoying.  Don't answer if you see this number.
