With the time frames and what order in .. they appear to be related type scammer/spammers
(all are unwanted)

I called it back.

Rang a few times, then made a few seconds of fax sounds, then said "It is now necessary to enter the area code and telephone number to complete this call" ...

referal service

Called the numer back & received the same message as LilMama907 above.   Other website said this number was marked as a telemarketer.

how do they get away with this I am registered as non solicite.

I use Call Control try that app.
