Its a recorded message fro the IRS try to locate me about a suit against me. Prompt asks to call back immediately.

There is a widespread IRS (or CRA) or "tax scam" being  practiced by scammers on both USA and Canadian residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

Received message saying IRS has suit against me....doesn't work this way.  Is a scam.

Same Message   Irs is filing lawsuits call back immediatly ....

Scam call at about 2:50pm....saying lawsuit for you (no name of course)  from IRS...the # was 214 230-2911.     Somewhere in TX...these people, scammers need a big lawsuit on them!   t.u.
