Reports that this party is threatening arrest if a loan isn't paid via pre-paid credit card.  THIS IS A SCAM, do not respond or give any financil information.

I have received 3 calls from this number in the past 2 days and he is threatening me that im going to jail over a loan that i never even had if i do not pay etc! Scam..

This person called my home this evening (1/12/2013) several times; accusing my son of owing over 1100.00 dollars for a payday loan back on 4/12/2012. He said his name is Christopher Anderson, attorney at law out of New York City, with the firm Nationwide Attorneys Services. He also stated if my son did not send him $500.00 tonight that he could face 3 years in prison. Additionally, he stated the name of another one of my children as being a character witness on the credit application and he could also face prison time for the defaulted loan. THIS IS A SCAM!

We got the exact same message. He's even called me this morning. We called him at 11pm last night and his voicemail sounds so ridiculous asking its to leave as much personal information as possible... Its so fake.

Hes now calling himself Johnathan Austrouski. He knows we know hes a scammer.

What if this guy called about something that is lagit ? he called about a best buy check and i verified with best buy that this company is doing the " arbitration" on it and there is now a judgement with Lancaster county court in PA, The court told me if they provided a copy of the check and an affadavit that i could in fact be arrested and the check was only $248 , please email me with any advice you can at DavidKosalchuk_448@PITT.EDU

What was the company called? And what number called you because I tried to call him just now and his phone has been turned off. What LEGIT business would turn their phone off without a forward number or webpage?

I got a phone call from someone named Christopher Anderson stating he was with an attorney's office in New York and that I needed to give him a credit or debit card number to collect 1300.00 from me for a loan I had in 2010. I told him yeah ok and that I would be contacting him back tomorrow. I looked up number and found it was a scam and I called my local police department and confirmed it is a scam. And they advised me not to give him any info. And I had officer come to my home and I filed a police report. The number traces back to Texas.
