I answered a call from this number they said it is imperative I am available between 7am and 4pm tomorrow. They are calming I have a payday loan from 2008 I need to pay off immediately or I will be sued. Just one problem with that, I was in Afghanistan December 2007 to Jan 2009. How in the hell can I have a payday loan when I wasn't even in the damn country. I couldent even get a company name from the women, try scammer.

I also got a call from this number. They said I have to pay off come returned check.
Said the check was written for 40 something dollars and change and that I have to pay them 275 dollars for their fees, legal costs, etc. That whey are sending someone out to serve me legal court documents. However the address they said they will be coming to I haven't lived there since 1998. I said I haven't lived there in 17 years. The lady said "fine you don't want to take care of this we will sue you and have you put in prison ". That's why I believe this is a scam, a bounced check is a civil matter not legal. They can not threaten or harass people with prison. Don't fall victim. If they don't have your current info l don't give it to them without doing a background check.

Got a call from this number pretty much stating I owe for a loan from check in to cash 2011. He also stated that my bank Bank Of America whom I haven't bank with them since 2006 have the same paperwork and will be serving me papers as well. He say I wrote a check for $120.00 which now it's $530 and if I don't pay today over the phone I will be looking close too $2000. I then told him to go uck his self and hung up in my face.

I got a call just a few minutes ago saying I had a payday loan from October 2012. Said they were going to serve me papers Monday between 12 and 4. The reason for the call was to verify some info and give me a chance to resolve it. Honearly, I don't know if I got a loan around that time or not. But any advice would be appreciated. Said the company was sueing me for the amount owed, a bad check, and malicious intent. The number was 2142544371. Can ANYBODY give me some advice?
