Called - left no message

Called but left no message. Several complaints on other sites as well. All say no message left. My guess it's more of the scamming and telemarketing that has become the unwelcome norm now.

Its about no money out pocket solar program guys.

No message left, call back was some kind of solar program. why is sales call allowed to call people? scammers ignore regulations.

This was "Jack" calling about some kind of energy program for Minnesota home owners.  I asked him where he was calling from, because I noticed the 214 area code when I answered.  He said minn-ee-sota.  Had a strong accent, but definitely not Scandinavian. I told him my energy situation was fine.  Must be a new scam - haven't heard this one before.

Caller with a heavy accent wanted to talk to me about a Massachusetts no out of pocket cost solar energy program. This has "scam" written on it in 10 foot tall, blazing letters.

Thugs called my house phone at 6:04 in the morning with this solar trash, crooked companies with this solar.

Called several times and days no messages

Called in NC, left no message.

Got a call from Alvin from this # and he had very thick accent saying he is calling from Texas, might be but not Texas in the US. He is selling solar panels. Told him that we are on the do not call list and didn't know what that was!

My caller, Alvin, had a thick Arab accent saying he was from Texas--yea right

Called my DNC registered landline. No voicemail.

Recerived call from this number on 12/19 at 10:07AM. I want it stopped. No message & no reason why someone should be calling from TX, here in PA.

Called again - left no message

Got a call from "Paul" from this # and he had very strong Indian accent he said he was calling from Wins--conn--skin. Whatta horrible accent! I can't believe this is a new scam! and he keep on saying SO-AHHHHHHH when I ask a question before he answered.

I have blocked this number twice, and still it gets through.  Does anyone know if scammers can prevent their number from being blocked?
