    Who are they? They left a strange and scary message on my machine.

    They've called me several  times with terrifying messages - they sound like they're with the mob or some other dangerous organization.  "Gary Mitchell" leaves threatening pre-recorded messages "my supervisor has left your file on my desk for final resolution"  He's extremely angry, loud, firm and intimidating and wants me to call 8665775827 but I have no debt. I investigated that number and found a lot of consumers complaining.  It's a collection agency for Capitol One:

    I would suggest reporting them to the BBB and anyone else to make their life miserable.
