- satisfied| 2 repliesVery professional, you can write busted on this all you want. helped me pay my loan in reasonable payments. Pleasure to deal with, glad it off my mind and credit. Thanks Again!

- AnnoyedAndDontBuyYourScamThey call claiming you owe money. Then refuse to send any information in writing to you to prove it. Biggest red flag of a scam if i ever seen one. Gentlemen was rude and arrogant on the phone. When i asked for any kind of proof he abruptly hung up. Any legit collection company will gladly send you proof in writing. It has been 5 years and they still won't send me paperwork. Maybe because they don't want the FBI to actually show up and arrest the scammers.
- Caller: Arbitration Something Scam
- Call type: Debt collector
- Captain Obvious replies to satisfiedPretty sure you telling them to write busted all they want is an open admittance that you wrote the ones prior to this that were found to be fraudulent. Obvious a worker for these scammers! Captain Freakin Obvious here folks.
- Busted is right!I notified the state's attorney as well. They said that these scammers are everywhere and try to get you to give up personal info and shell out money. DO NOT SPEAK TO THEM AND HANG UP!! Notify your local law enforcement and state's attorney for further advice. These scammers are everywhere. Funny they refuse to send you anything and get very angry when you ask for proof. They even call you names and will cuss at you. Guess they don't like when people don't play their scammer games!!!
- Caller: Arbitration Phonies
- Call type: Debt collector
- why delete| 1 replygoes to show you ignorant debtors run this site as well. delete my comments. thats fine. learn to pay your bills people
- msnye replies to why deleteOk, if the company is so reputable, why can't I find anything but complaints when I do a reverse phone search? Obviously if you're so on the up and up, a company name, address, verifiable phone number and website would be easily and gladly posted. I mean, real, legitimate companies have no trouble advertising their companies and posting links to glowing testimonials about all of their happy customers. How about you do the same?
- DUMB| 1 replymail written proof is sent within 30 days of defaulting on a loan its called a dunning notice. maybe you should read up on stuff before you comment.
- Slim replies to DUMBDear "Dumb".
As a shill, you certainly deserve that name.
>> mail written proof is sent within 30 days <<
Do you have to take off your sox to count above 10?
Can you count to five without assistance?
Keep reading, to see where the written notice MUST be sent within FIVE days of original contact.
And, the "original contact" starts at the time the phone is first answered, NOT when the called party gets one of your supposed emails.
I am afraid you do not qualify for the "successful shill" award today.
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) includes statements such as this:
* Every collector must send you a written “validation notice” telling you how much money you owe within five days after they first contact you. This notice also must include the name of the creditor to whom you owe the money, and how to proceed if you don’t think you owe the money. ["Written" means snailmailed ... not emailed or texted]
