    Rec'd call at 8:54 AM.  I have no outstanding debts for a debt collection call.  When I called back, responder blurted "who is this?" I said I have the same question and asked why did you call me? She then said "This better not be a telemarketing call."  I said the same thing and again asked why she called me.  She repeated her complaints and never answered my questions, almost like it was a pre-recorded conversation..  Very strange and I have blocked the call to prevent future disturbances.
