Rude Caller

RUDY...must be a telemarketer..acted like she knew my boss.  Hung up on me when I would not transfer the call to the "second in command"

"Lily" has tried to hunt me down. Asks for my cell# from my employees in my various business locations and when denied is very rude and will NOT leave a message or reason for call. Has hung up on several employees merely following our procedures. Get her!

Lilly Stafford called our office today.  She wanted to speak to the owner as if the were the bestest of friends.  I, being his assistant, would not allow her to speak with him until she told me who she is with, what the call was regarding, etc.. She got rude and I got firm.  I explained my job is to screen his calls and until she gives me the information I require, she WILL NOT speak with my boss!  I give her credit for persistence although she does understand I am just as strong.  We ended our call and she stated she will call again in the morning.

Rude, persistent, and deceptive.  Goes by the name Lilly Stafford.  Will call and ask for the owner by name.  She refuses to give details as to the nature of the call.  I called her out on being a telemarketer and she became even more rude.  The last time she called I forwarded it to my boss, who confirmed that she was trying to sell ads for a local map company.  She was rude with him as well, so he got rid of her.  If this "Lilly Stafford" calls your phone, please find a way to annoy her or hung up on her.  She's a horrible sale person and needs to find a new line of work.

The same thing that everyone else is saying.

Called the office and did not leave message or number.  Just like the others she became very rude.  If she is selling something she definately has not read "How to Win Friends and Influence People"  Totally non-professional.

Very, very, very rude woman.  Would not give the nature of her call/business.  Called back three times in a row back to back eventhough we told her not too. Will be watching for her on caller id & will not pick up anymore.

Do not take any calls from Lillie Stafford w/ IMG Intergrated at 214-303-9876.  She was very rude and she did not even tell me what company she was with....  I gave her amble time to tell me about the product(map) she was selling and I told her I was not interested.  She replied "Give me one good reason why you are not interest" I explained it was not in my budget and then she replied "You & I both know that you have petty cash laying around your office that you can use"  I explained that I did not and was about to tell her it was really not her business and she hung up on me........  I will be contacting the company she is working for and I do know that she has not been hired by the Canyon Lake Chamber nor the New Braunfels Chamber.......  If IMG wants people to advertise then they need to hire nicer people.......

she called us. I googled and called her back. She is happy to know she is so famous. She told us she was with the county. I also called them to report her. I love the internet.

OMG!  I just received a call from this "Lilly Stafford" and so glad I decided to Google her name!  So, here's another warning!  She called and asked for "Gary" - who is the President of our company and stated that she had a call scheduled with him.  I asked her at what time and she said "right about now".  Not likely!  She was rude, persistent, ignorant and would not provide anything but her name and stated she was with Hatboro-Horsham High School.  I told her I had to screen all calls so if she could please tell me what it was in reference to I could direct her to the appropriate person.  She refused and kept stating she wanted to speak with him.  Then she proceeded to ask to speak to THE VP.  Ha! We have hundreds of VPs in our organization!  Even then she would still not give any information when I told her I needed to know the nature of her call in order to transfer her to the correct VP.  Horrible sales person is right!  The least she could do was not be rude and provide a fake "nature of the call" in order to get through to someone!

I had this Lilly Stafford call today.  I am the Vice President of our company and have been with our company for 17 years.  Our normal process is to screen all of our calls.  I am sure most companies do.  I was filling in for the receptionist who was out to lunch when this "Lilly Stafford" called.  She asked for the president of the company by name.  I asked her what company she was with.  She said I just need to speak to her she knows me.  I asked her what the phone call was in regards to. She said she preferred not to discuss that with me. I expalined to her I need to know if she is with a company.  She said do I have to be with a company. I said no, but I need to know what the call is in regards to.  She said well I told you I don't wish to discuss that with you. I said I have to tell the president at least what it is in regards to in order to pass the call through.  She continued to say don't you take referrals. I said yes, but I still  have to give some information to the President to pass the call along.  She said well if you don't want my business I can call else where. I said one moment please.  I asked the President if she knew a Lilly Stafford.  She said no.  She said ask her who she is with or what it is in regards to. I said I did that and she insists that she can't discuss it and she knows you.  She said no I don't.  I am not taking the call without her giving you information.  I got back on the phone and asked her again what it was in regards to. She continued to be difficult and I stated I just told the president what you said and she still said to ask you what it is in regards to.  She said then I guess you don't want my business. I said ok.  She hung up.  Wow !  She is a piece of work !    I asked other co-workers if they knew of a referral that was going to be calling with that name.  They all said no. I called our other branch and that person googled it and sent me this page.  Unbelievable !  We do deal with differnet types of referrals for our medical company and also just general referrals of people and companies, that is why it still bothered me after I got off the phone.

I used to work with her she works for end zone athletics a company that sells ads on various items for high schools. To be rude is her selling strategy she is nice in person but this company is bogus so watch out!!!!

Wow...what a piece of work.  She called back after I refused to give out personal information to her "assistant".  She is rude, arrogant, disrespectful, persistent, obnoxious, bullheaded, and did I say arrogant.  I wish I had caller ID...I too googled her...I can't believe she uses her name.  I called this phone number and another that was on the voicemail for Crystal???  It only refers to corporate offices and no other name.  So unprofressional...I would love to report her to someone...aaaaah :)

Someone needs to put an end to this insanity.  Whatever company this might be, needs to be shut down.  What a waste of my time.  She refused to give any information and was asking personal questions.  What a B____!

haha..Lilly Stafford just called here too.. she's definitely persistant. Still wouldn't say what it was about. She's not a client here either.

Woman called our business demanding to speak with the owner.  When I tried to get basic information to leave a message for the owner, she said, "Give me his cell number!"- Which of course we don't give out. Lilly has been extremely rude to some of our other locations as well.  When I called the number back to find out what company would hire such a horrible telemarketer I asked what company I had called, and whoever answered the phone replied with "Shut the He__ Up." and hung up on me. Classy People, Classy Company.

Lilly doesn't seem to be the brightest crayon in the box.

We too have been hit by the bug called "Lily". She is extremely unprofessional, and rude. She pulled the same thing on us that she has been pulling on the others. When we finally talked to her in person she claimed to be selling athletic towels for the local school district. Well don't you know we called them up and let them know about her. The district is NOT working with this company. Be careful...she is a scam artist.
