Said they were from Home Improvements and wanted to know if my AC was okay.  I tried to get them to take my name off their call list but they just hung up on me.  My number is registered with the national and state do not call lists so I don't understand how they can do this.

They knew my husband's name and were trying to talk to him when I tried to call the number back it kept saying your account balance is insufficient  to place your call to that destination.  now it is ringing but no one picks it up.  I believe they had recorded a message on their answering so people would think they are not able to reach them but sure enough I have been calling and did not hang up and now they just picked the phone and hanged it up I will continue doing that to freak them out and teach them a lesson

They called Sunday 4pm Mar 11. When I called the number back it kept saying your account balance is insufficient  to place your call to that destination.  Then it rings and rings but no one picks up. And then the call hangs up. They have no respect for peoples rights on the DNC list.

Caller ID showed caller name as "VO315302130..." plus more numbers.  
They did not leave a message. Hung up when answering machine picked up.

I have a call bock #77 to lift it off #87 Some of you guys might have the feature and not useing it. When they use the VO3151743050001, 204-316-6882 it's to bypass the call block. Don't let it rain on your cheerieo's!

Person calling from 214-306-6882 stated they were "Texas Best Contractor", but they apparently could not answer any of my questions, because of their lack of knowledge of English ... or the answers were not in their script.  They did know my wife's name, however!

214 is the Dallas, TX area, and I am many miles from there, in a completely different area code.

214 is a Dallas, TX area code. Have received three calls from this number, with no message left. When I called it back to see where it's from, I heard a message that repeated: "This account is blocked." I'm unsure if that means they got their account blocked, or if mine is blocked from calling them (although this is the first time I've attempted to call them.) Oh, well. I've blocked them, too.
