Received a call from a telemarketer offering an extended vehicle warranty for atop up to 150,000 miles, the first perimeter on the line passed my call on Sean. I asked for the company's name and he hung up.  It probability is a scam to get your personal info and credit card info.

This number called me this afternoon at 3:01.  My caller ID read McKinney, Texas.  When I answered, it was a woman claiming to offer an extended warranty on one of my vehicles.  When she asked if I would like to hear the options, I told her "No because I know you are not really from the warranty department and you are a liar." She hung up on me mid sentence and did not call back.

Asked for me by name, wanted to sell an extended vehicle warrantee on a specific vehicle they recited by year, mfr and model. I have never bought any warrantee ever; yet these bozos call and call and call. "No" is a word that is not part of their scripted vocabulary. If you ask them not to call, to place your name on  the internal do not call list or complain about them calling you again....they hang up with no goodbyes. Obviously a parasite firm that will take your money and you will have great difficulty collecting on any warrantee claim. I am on the "Do Not Call" list. In the past, I have complained to the feds. Our government is powerless or simply advocates the harassment of its individual non-billionaire citizens by its more important citizens....the corporations.

I just received a call from this number,which I did not recognize or answer......NO MESSAGE,

This same number as above has called a few times.  I have talked with the same woman twice.  She was looking for my son.  I told her that he didn't live at this number, and I didn't know where he was, which is the truth.  And each time she hung up on me.  

Called about 5 pm; did not answer but caller id say veh prot ctr.  Likely a third party car warranty seller, which if is actually legit would offer you less actual protection than a warranty purchased through your dealer, so I would pass on this offer today as I have before when I actually answered.

called and knew my name and make of my car... said they had sent me notices about my vehicle warranty expiring and asked if i wanted to know options to extend my coverage... after saying "not really" and then asking if he was "with a particular agency" he just hung up... very rude... probably a scam anyway... >:-|

214-307-4460 called with a sales pitch for a car warranty on a car I don't own anymore. Then I hung up on her.  

Received 2 calls from this number in the past 2 days. I pretty much no longer answer calls from numbers I don't have programmed in my phone. I found there is never anything good that occurs by doing so. Based on the other comments it makes sense to be telemarketers as I have received letters from them recently with the same ole song and dance about your vehicle warranty expiring. Any letter you get or phone calls in which the person says they are from the "WARRANTY DEPARTMENT" or anything similar is a joke. What Warranty Department? They don't even have a company name on the letters, just warranty department. Who falls for this crap? This info they get off of public records and pretend they are official.

Scam warranty

Received the call yesterday, and had a very bad connection.  They called back today.  The 'lady' giving her spiel wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise - talked non-stop about my expired new car warranty.  (Yep, it expired TWO years ago).  Since she wouldn't let me talk -- I just hung up on her........  Now, I will block that number........
