This is a company that you can read about by looking up the number 1-800-710-2122.

I just (literally 15 minutes ago) received a call from "Jerry" from the number my cell phone recorded as 214-328-8480 coming from Texas.  I wasn't able to answer the phone because I was on the other line, so he left a message.  His message sounded urgent, so I called him back.  Last time something like this happened, it was from OfficeMax wondering why I hadn't bought anything in online for awhile, so I thought this call would be some random call like that.  The number he left on the voice message was 1-800-710-2122 ext: 245.  I called him back, the secretary asked me for my name (which I'm always reluctant to give if I don't even know who I'm talking to) then transferred me to his extension.  I explained to him, that the person he was trying to call (which was something like Shalina Molina? or something like that, but of course he spoke too quickly to really hear clearly) must have given him the wrong phone number.  He immediately asked me if I knew her, and how to contact her, and if I knew a Mike Faluko, which of course I don't.  I asked him to repeat the number he tried to call, it was indeed mine.  I told him I've had this cell phone for a number of years, so his records must be wrong.  He then said he was looking at my phone number straight from the service provider and named MY cell phone service provider.  I told him he was wrong because that was my phone, and I'm not the person he mentioned.  I asked him what this was all regarding and all he responded with is "Personal matters."  Then I probed a little, by asking if he worked for my cell phone service provider, which he denied and responded that he was an investigator.  This did not sit well with me.  He's calling me thinking I'm somebody else, and believing I have ties with a person he's trying to contact, he has my phone information, and he's investigating something? There is too much vagueness to feel assured by the whole ordeal.

I have a personal lawyer and I'm not afraid to get him involved.  Hopefully he will be taking his "investigation" elsewhere.

To the people above my post who are responding "hey pay your bills!!! the calls will cease" and "PAY YOUR BILLS, IT IS REAL SIMPLE." I wouldn't be surprised if you are employees of this place.  I'm an accountant and I pay my bills. Probably even more efficiently than you do...

    They are KOREAN MOBSTERS
I previously misidentified them as Chinese mobsters, but the money behind them is KOREAN. Could also be ultimately Chinese as I suspect that since the Chinese mob is HUGE in Dallas. It has the signature of protection from THE USUAL corrupt sources, so the more that complain PUBLICLY the better. Yes I got called, a female asking for a name I was not familiar with. I told her she had the wrong number. Something about her questions struck me as off. (I ACTUALLY do REAL INVESTIGATIONS and she was a dead giveaway). I researched and found all these boards. What ticked me off is someone's young daughter got threatened by these mobsters. I called all the numbers associated with 1-800-710-2122. They are (214) 328-2122 and (214) 328-8480. If you call, you will surmise it is THE SAME WOMAN answering in a slightly different voice. You can trip her up. She says her name is Dawn. If she tells you her name is DAWN (hmm! I said, "is that Delta Dawn?!") I told her I was being called several times by these numbers and no one leaving a msg. Another time she says there is no such firm as Matthews and Michaels, it's just the name of the building. Another time, you get someone saying she is a receptionist for an office service and she answers the phones for people in different cubes/rooms who are running their own "business". It appears these telephone numbers are connected with a NAE-MO corporation (grantee) and the Grantor is "Matthew and Michaels". If you go to the DALLAS COUNTY CLERK OFFICE, search under online records and get the details by entering just NAE-MO.  One record number link to them is this: http://www.realestate.countyclerk.dallascount ... ms=0&n=03693853.

When you get enough details you can file harassment charges, and a $100 million (get the actual value of the entire building through RE records I am not allowed to state it here as I used pvt databases) lawsuit for emotional damages. Sue Matthew and Michaels (as the RE entity that grants Nae-mo - assumed name) a place to indulge in this MAFIA RACKETEERING practice).  It is likely they are in business together. What Nae-mo has a record of is fraudulently obtaining private records. AT&T has sued them. I haven't been able to determine if anyone "legit" has hired them to do anything "legit". But Matthew and Michaels do have locatable assets and are liable for damages as well. As you know the State Insurance Agency, the State and Federal agencies that license real investigative agencies, the State Attorney General, and the Secretary of State of Texas among others are ALL to be involved. Please note they have been getting away with this for a long time, so they have juice somewhere, after all it is Dallas TX, the mob in all international flavors has long ruled there, since 1963 I believe.

They are KOREAN MOBSTERS - Part 2 replies to Demi
Here are some details of the AT&T lawsuit where they identify NAE-MO ALSO as Data Brokers involved with DATA THEFT OF CUSTOMER TELEPHONE RECORDS. So they are sophisticated thieves, but thieves none the less, and threatening young girls over the phone makes them child abusers. Of course, the Dallas FBI and FCC should be involved with the latter, where are they? Don't talk to them, they are convicted criminals!

AT&T Settles Federal Lawsuits Against Data Brokers
Data Brokers who were sued last year by AT&T for data theft of customer telephone records have settled.

The 13 defendants were not initially named in AT&T Services, Inc. v. John Doe, filed in District Courts in Texas and California, until AT&T was able to subpoena the Internet service providers.

The Data Brokers were finally named and a permanent injunction disallows them from conducting similar business in the future. The 13 defendants for whom agreed permanent injunctions have already been obtained are:

Brett Alford of Jacksonville, Fla.; A L Skip, Inc. of Brentwood, Calif.; Michael Alan, Inc. of Arvada, Colo.; Autostar U.S.A., Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas; DWC Research, Inc. of Tampa, Fla.; EZ Auto Solutions, Inc. of Galt, Calif.; Katherine Martens of Lutz, Fla.; Kym McDaniel of Ellijay, Ga.; Nae-Mo Corporation d/b/a Mathews and Michaels of Dallas, Texas; Nowcom Corporation of Los Angeles, Calif.; Receivables Specialist, Inc. of Tamarac, Fla.; SRG, Inc. of Richardson, Texas; and Trace America, Inc. of Bonita Springs, Fla. AT&T has also reached agreements with two other defendants: Data Research Inc. of Tucson, Ariz., and WMADM, Inc. d/b/a Wm. Maloy Company of Anaheim, Calif., and expects that agreed permanent injunctions against those defendants will be entered soon.
