SMS from 214-364-9026.  Possibly in Grand Prairie, Texas.  Carrier is Southern Bell Wireless.

Text replies are not answered.  Calls get a recording saying the person has not set up voice mail.  Communications appear to be out-going only.  This is a telemarketer.  Upon visiting the URL via computer, I was offered an app for my Android for $19.
I put my number on the National Do Not Call Registry in 2011, and have verified it IS still on the registry.
I received the text a few days after posting an ad on Craigslist in my area (FL) seeking the owner of a cat I found.  It clearly states (as do nearly ALL Craigslist ads), "it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests".
This company ignored both of those facts, so I am filing a complaint at DoNotCall.gov.  As of October 1, 2003, it became illegal for most telemarketers or sellers to call a number listed on the National Do Not Call Registry.
