Just looking for my exhusband of 20 years or more

called asking for my daughters ex boyfriend; whom i have not seen in about 6 years, and supposedly lives in another state. hopefully for him they find him before me because he will regret coming back to this state and me finding him.

Called. Left no message.

Call and said I owed a payday load from 2011 in GA....never had a payday loan. When I told him I have reported him he hung up.

Fell for this scam a couple years ago. They call say you have a civil case against you, give you a bogus case # and tell you to call another # to answer some questions. I am not going to call the other #.  If there is a case against me the creditor would not call to give you another r# to call it's just a bunch of harassment.  Even answered the 911 a few years back they said they were on their way to arrest me.  I told them I was waiting.  Pretty sure it does not take 3 years to get from California to my home.these creeps need to be put away or charged.

I received a call today stating that theres A summons to court that they needed to send me they gave me another number to call them I'm not calling it I know that this is a scam.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!  The number was listed from Dallas, TX. They will call and say they are looking for you or someone, that there is a court order or warrant.  Which I have none, I have never lived there.  Same thing happened to me last year from a number in New Jersey. .  They just want your INFORMATION! DON'T GIVE IT TO THEM!!  HANG UP, TELL THEM NOT TO CALL YOU AND REGISTER ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST.

This is a scam, tell them to %^&* off!  They must think we are dumb! Register on the do not call list..

Also block them from your phone, so they cant call again!!   I have. Both home and cell and reported a complaint, as i am on the do not call list... They shouldn't be calling!!

214-377-6084 (A man called me from this number and said that I was going to receive some legal documents (a summons) from someone assigned from the courts, tomorrow around 12-4pm)
The man told me to call 855-836-2761 to find out about what the issue or legal problem was related to.  He then gave me a case #
I called the number and the woman said she was with the law firm "Trapman & Pierce and Associates"
She asked for my case number and then asked for me to verify that it was me by me giving the last 2 digits of my social security number. I gave them to her and she said that I had nothing to worry about and that it was a different #$% #$%^& that she was looking for.
I had a feeling that they were trying to steal my identity.  I later called back to find out the exact name of the law firm.  They asked for my case number.  I gave them a false case number and they said it was for Julie.  I then said that it was not me and then she said, "Is this @#^# #$%##$$ and I said yes".  She then asked again for the last two of my social to verify that it was me.  I declined to give it to her this time and I then asked her for the full name of the law firm.  She put me on hold and did not get back on the phone with me.
I called back multiple times and they would instantly put me on hold.  They eventually would not let my call go through, and it would go directly to voicemail which said,"The person on the extension 300 is on the phone and then it would beep and wait for me to leave a voicemail message."

REAL process servers do NOT warn you that they are coming,  The 855 area code is loaded with many scam collectors.  A quick search for that ""company"" comes up with nothing.

Received a call on my job from a number 214-377-6084 and the caller stated that I would receive a summons on Monday morning. I asked the caller to confirm their identity and who they were representing and they refused to answer. The representative gave me a 2nd number 855-836-2761 and stated this was the holder of the account. I am sending this info. to the attorney generals office.

It is a debt collection agency trying to collect on bugus tertiary placement debts.
