Commercial recovery services. Jumping off different number to get u to answer

this person called my employee at our place of business on our business line in an attempt to "collect a debt". He was advised that it was a business line and called it back. Under 15 USC 1692c  debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt -- (3) at the consumer's place of employment if the debt collector knows or has reason to know that the consumer's employer prohibits the consumer from receiving such communication.
If communication comes to my mailbox at my place of business after telling this "collector" that this is a business I will seek civil action against this person and his business for violating the FDCPA!

Commercial Recovery Services. They called me and threatened me with legal action over a credit card debt that was more than 7 years old and that no longer shows up on my credit report.  Not sure what to do....it's a time-barred debt in Ohio meaning they can't sue me because the account has been closed for more than 6 years.  I kind of feel like I'm being extorted.

This place keeps calling us even though we tell them they have the wrong people

This number called and harassed my parents(in their 80's) and threatened to go to their house to"evict"them. When we called them back, the guy denied saying these things. [***].
