This number who is listed as Fletcher Goldman and Ross continues to call us and threaten and harass that if we do not pay $17 500 in arrears with regard to a company called B&G Clearing and Removal they will be sueing us.  We have never dealt with any such company.  FG&R does not listen to us when we tell them they have the wrong number, they simply become verbally aggressive and threatening that we must pay them the money or be sued for a larger amount.  FG&R claims to be a legal firm, yet they are listed as a collection agency in Texas.  We live in alberta, Canada.

Yes I agree,  it actually costs companies to call over and over again with not only a phone bill but employees that they have to pay. I doubt any company would waste capital for no reason, and I am sure they just don't pull names out of a hat and make up companies you owe money to.

As a client of the agency, I know for a fact they have evidence of the debts owed in the form of invoices and signed contracts. They refuse to place an account with out this because it is up to us to prove the validity of the debt owed to us. We can't call them up and say so and so owes me money go get it and expect results and I have no way of proving the debt.

Companies like mine HAVE to use their services because of people like you that have absolutely no ethics. The way I see it is if you don't like being harasses about paying what you agreed to pay before you decided to become a professional dead-beat, then own up to your responsibilities  and try to make amends.

Trying to shed a poor light on a company like this will only cast shadows back at you.

That guy is right so you guys shouldn't Talk that way. I have same problem.they keep calling me in Ohio because they think I'm someone in Texas.I tell them they have wrong number but they refused to listen.in  the middle of filling legal charges on them now.
