7/26/07, harrassing phone calls about debt collection that does NOT concern anyone living at this address.  Calls continue after being informed of this many time over 4 months

Always a recording, always talking about a debt owed.  I owe nobody as far as I know.  This last call said something about a lease agreement and a judge.

If you ever had a "loaner car" while getting service done by Tommy Manuel Chrysler, in Arlington, this is probably the reason you are getting these calls.  Call them back, and they will confirm it for you.  I was surprised beyond belief to learn what was really happening with these calls.

I called the person back to tell him the person he was looking for does not live nor has ever lived at my address and to stop calling-he was extremely rude and called me a jerk!  I called back to talk to his suprevisor and got this guy again and he called me a jerk again and threatened to call the police on me if I called him again!!!! the company he represents is southwest recovery services.  I called their main number and left a message about this person-no response of course.  If I were in a position of placing accounts with an agency, I would steer clear of this one.

Rec'd multiple calls from this number to our company's main line - voice mails left stated that the caller was Steve Dietz, from SW Recovery Services and that it was MOST important we call him back immediately. Each msg was more threatening in tone than the last. Attempted to call the number back today - asked for Mr. Dietz, was told he was in a meeting and has no supervisor. Was hung up on immediately. Called back, went to voice mail. Left a message. Called back again, someone answered and hung up on me when I asked for Mr. Dietz. Doesnt seem like an effective way to collect accounts if you just hang up on people when they call you back. I think this company is a scam - I'll be reporting to the AG in Texas and to the BBB and FCC.

I CONTINUE TO GET CALLS ABOUT A DEBT THAT MY EX-HUSBAND HAD A LOOOOOOOOONG TIME AGO!!! I HAVE CALLED BACK AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES GIVING YOU HIS DIRECT NUMBER SO THAT YOU CAN SPEAK WITH HIM ABOUT IT BUT YOU CONTINUE TO CALL ME AND LEAVE MESSAGES !! EVERYTIME I CALL YOU...AND USUALLY ITS RIGHT BACK I GET AN ANSWERING SERVICE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ATLEAST 2 YEARS AND IM SICK OF IT!!! YOU ARE INTERRUPTING MY WORK AND PERSONAL TIME!!

I continue to get calls at my work phone, I would like to help in any way I can.  I don't know if perhaps one of my employees provide this number as referrence on an application or how you got this phone number. However, I cannot do anything without "YOUR" cooperation.  I have returned calls numerous times and only once was able to speak with a live person(Angela Sessions), which she transfer me to some other gentelman.  But when I asked; what was this regarding, he hang up the phone.  I tried calling back immediately after that but as always I got one recording after another.  I have 5 Years experience in collections, and let me tell you this a very odd strategy you and your collectors are using.

Calls for the last 6 months, have told Jim Moore and various other people multiple times that this is not someone they are trying to reach and I have no debt/lease/loan in this country. they have been calling every morning and evening and at odd times 10.00 PM in the night and 6.00 AM in the morning, this is not professional and I am trying to report this to BBB soon.

As I have been requesting, please make me off the list.

I called back and told him I wished his mother got aids. As a matter of fact I think the caller mentioned his mother was sick kind of like trying to hit a soft spot with me, and I responded if I founf out which hospital she was in I would take piss strucken with aids and force down her throat.  Mr. Dietz take a hint.....

Outstanding debt my a** go harrass the guy banging your wife, it only takes people that have mothers with aids, and w***e wives to do what you do.....  :)

Call from 214-387-8068. Called twice today. I have a "unlisted & unpnlished" number. Said something to the effect, "a file with your name on it came across my desk today".

Guess what, I have a file with your name on it - directly to the Attorney General's office!
