No one on the line.  I think they are fishing to find phone numbers actually answered (and not disconnected, blocked, ignored) and then they will use that to build a database for a later robo-call or spam.

They have been calling daily.  Not leaving a message.

They have called off and on for a while now and never left a message. I just ignore them and should probably block the number.

 This number 214-323-9056 belongs to the Pisa Group located in Richardson & Plano Texas. The Pisa Group is a media marketing company specializing in newspapers. If you receive calls from anyone claiming your account is overdue or in default, hang up & contact your newspaper accounts office because Pisa will claim that you are to make payments to Pisa when in reality there is no unpaid balance due on the said account!
