this number calls me day in and day out. Stating that they are a law firm but all their callers are from an indian accent. They say either to pay them or deal with a lawsuit the very next day. They never respond when I asked for a manager or someone in charge. Look out people, they call all times of day.

That number called me. When I tried to call them back they continued to hang up on me. This is a Scam. They were saying they were with the IRS.

They just started calling me saying time sensitive attorneys office calling so I've blocked them on my cell phone plus I can't understand what they are saying!

I got a call from this same low-life.  also called me several times from an Ohio number both of which I blocked.

they just called me man said he was from solomon law firm in dallas tx he said that i owed a payday loan that i got Dec 2009 i applied online i told them i was disputing the validity of the debt and wanted proof he claims he couldnt mail out anything but was going to email me a stament im still waiting to get that

I also have recieved a call from this number.. the person was Very Foreign-and I could NOT understand what was being said other than this was "Time Sensitive" and that If I did NOT call them back then it would "Be on Me"! WHATTT!! I have Never received a call, especially a Collections call of that nature!! I contacted them back, to only hear "White Noise" in the background and when I asked "What Company was this I got NO REPLY" !! I decided to GOOGLE the number and...What do you know--OTHER people have also been a Victim of this SCAM!! BE CAREFUL!! People R desperate for $$ Nowadays! SMH

I just received a phone call today from 214-396-0044 telling me that I had a lawsuit against me.  They gave me a case number.  When I persistently asked about what the lawsuit was about, the caller with the very heavy accent said he was going to put me through to one of the attorneys who would tell me specifically what the lawsuit was about.  I hung up.  Then they called me back 8 times in succession.  When I didn't answer, they left a message that if I wanted to alleviate any further action to call them at their personal number which so happens to be the same number they called in on. The number reads out of Dallas, TX.  This is a huge scam.  When I was finished with my business, I Googled the number and bingo, here I am adding another complaint to the list of others who have had the same experience.  BEWARE!!  THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Just received 2 messages back to back from "John"(yeah right!). EXTREMELY heavy Indian accent.  Obviously reading a script because both messages were almost identical even down to intonation.  He only said it was "urgent, and time sensitive" and that all he could do if I refused to call back was wish me well with the situation that was coming.  Total scam......people who do these kind of things for a living need to just crawl under a rock and rot.

I get the same idiot calling me.  Don't call him and don't answer the call.  Sooner or later he'll leave you alone and move onto some other person.

Ive got this call and telling me about this lawsuit against me about a loan...a guy heavy indian accent told me to act fast and directly transferred me to thier attorney named karen patterson law firm of solomon in dallas...they keep telling me all the details and cant understand because of heavy indian accent although they speak english good...i was so pissed about this scam because i was asking a lot of questions and he told me to listen....how can i listen if u dont really understand them...i told that i will call a police and they said go ahead....pissed again...i dont like it when attorney aka scam atty...will call you for what to scare you.....and when i told them that how can a karen as a guy calling me and ur indian with a heavy accent...he hung up the phone and never call back.....

State they're a law firm just calling all my number harassing me they numbers should be investigated I don't know how they get your information but it's wrong if the phone company is giving your information out. It's scary tot know these kinda of companies can just keep harassing you.

This man has been burning up my phone this week. Indian accent, difficult to understand. Man states he represents a law firm,states his call is in regard to a lawsuit filed under my husbands name a d social security number. States it is urgent he receive a call back from banker, lawyer or husband. He further states we should not disregard the call but if we do he can only wish us the best as this matter unfolds. His tone is very threatening whether he is speaking to the answering machine or to me. He does say the same thing each call as if scripted. When I informed him I had notified local authorities and the phone company he made no response so I hung up. He then called back 3 times in rapid succession. I have now blocked the number. BEWARE this is obviously a scam! Thanks to the posts I saw here I was not mislead.

I too have gotten 3 phone calls from these people.  They were very threatning to me.  Beware.

Well...HE is BACCKKK!! smh SCAMMERS!! and I even TEXTED the # back and said they  have been recorded- the FOOL called back-recd my VM..and hung up! Really?! WOW

I did the same thing, I have Verizon and didn't know about this feature last year when he was harassing me.  Funny, last year I told him that I called the FBI on him and all of a sudden he didn't understand my English.  Sure seems like he did when he left me a minute long voice mail!

Received call from same person with heavy India accent...told me he was from the Solomon Law Firm located in Dallas, TX.  He went on to say I am being sued and need to act fast with payment or he will turn the matter over to the Sheriff and have them come arrest me and also contact my work place.  He stated he was the “lead attorney”.  He said he was going to read the affidavit and I was NOT to interrupt while he was talking.   He is very hard to understand...at this point had already interrupted him many times to clarify what he was saying.  He starts to read the “supposed” affidavit.  I could not understand item #1 and asked him to repeat...this really irritated him.  He said “other people understand me” why don’t you listen?   He finished listing the 3 items and said I had been “monitored online”   He provided an amount that I could pay immediately or I could make payments of which a certain amount had to pay right now over the phone.  This “supposed” event was over a “payday loan” taken out 12/2009.   I finally hung up and made a call to the authorities...while on that call, this guy calls back 3x...of which he never left a voice mail.    This is definitely a scam....beware!  I wish I had asked where he got my “non published” number!

We have got this idiot calling last week he called 37 times in 45 minutes, I called the State Police and filed a report with a state trooper, the trooper called his number and got a recording that this magic jack customer cannot be reached or somthing like that, They are or he is using magic jack to make these calls because they cannot be traced, you can pick an area code that you do not even live in and pick a phone number and lie to magic jack about a assumed name he picks?? I have contacted the FTC and filed a complaint about magic jacks buisness practices because they are basically allowing scammers to have an open season on consumers!!!!!!

These are people in India who obtained this number and have bought old debt records.  They pretend they are in Dallas and claim they are with an attorneys office.  Call the local phone company and file a complaint.  This is not a real company, dont send money.  Even if you have debt, they do not list it and keep your money
