Coral Springs Resolution or CSR.  They leave a partial message to call them back at 855- regarding a returned item from a bank.

I got a call from this number on 10/2/13 another on 10/10/13 another on 10/11/13 and another today all from a male, from Coral Springs Resolutions (CSR) stating they have my file and that I need to call about an item returned by my bank and reference a case number so they can go over the file with me and to call back at 1-855-778-8151. Then today I got a second call from a woman named Tina Walker at this same number stating my current name and previous last name and the make and model of car I drive and said that I need to call her back right away at 214-431-5797 ext 607 so that I can make the decision instead of her making the decision on my behalf before turning my file over to Dallas County.  Is this a scam or is this legit?

Scam, scam, scam!!!  Please do not fall for this. These people think that since they have your information you'll fall for this.  they could have gotten your info in a number of ways.  If you have every applied for a payday loan, remember how they say we will find a lender that will lender to you.  Well they actually do a search for lenders that have registered with them.  Then they send all of your info out to all those registered lenders and see who will bite. I believe these people are set up as a bogus lender, just there to get your info.  Then they simple run the scam, by saying you borrowed money a couple years ago... knowing most people may have forgotten that far back and may have let something slip.

Do fall for this.  If you are being served papers, NO ONE WILL CALL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW!!  You could just simply avoid them and they don't want that.  Always look the phone number or company up on line and never agree to pay them anything.

This number hasn't called me but they keep calling my friends and family threatening to serve them with legal paperwork. This is crazy!

Just got a similar call today from number214 843 1039 lady on other line looking for my grandma saying basically the same stuff did not tell her anything.

I get calls now to my cell that seem to refer to a pay day loan debt. In talking with the rep I offered to pay through a website pay portal or having written verification I would send make payment. OK. Seems fair since I work in lawyers offices and written stuff is always first.
She tells me that I am a scammer and so I needs to pay her.
Oh yeah...
The rep who tells me she has been doing this for years refers to a court summons pending that is for my city.
I ask,
Your're in Dallas?
We have attourneys everywhere.....
OK, you have offices everywhere and lawyers(sorry for misspelling) and yet you can't send a written verification of the debt.
You have zilch web site, no business listing and because I did not pay back a pay day loan I  am to give you money?

Received a call from this number this morning on my cell, they left a message with a name other than mine, and a case number and call back number of 855.778.8511, sayng they were with CSR and needed me or my counsel to call them back to resolve a debt.

I called the 855 number to clear up I was not the person they were looking for but got a weird screeching noise upon the number "picking up" after two rings. This happeend twice before I did a search for the original number which led me here.

Not sure how they got my info since I have never done a payday loan or anything of the sort, but I am definitely creeped out.

Rec'd cell call 11/16/13 @ 8:07 Pacific.  Scam, I didn't call back, why bother.  According to this and other sites they try to threaten you into sending them money for non existent loans.  When I don't recognize the number I let it go to voice mail and then ask the web about the number, if it is a fraud like this one, I block the number on the cell, notify the "do not call" people and wa la the problem goes away.
