They called my mobile phone. 10:49am, Didnt answer, no vm.

It was clearly a call center, I could hear other callers in the background.  Asked if I accept Visa.  When I asked who it was they said "wrong number" and hung up.

Calls our office all the time, hangs up when you answer or asks for the owner.  If I say she is not available, they ask for a co owner or hang up.  If I ask what is it in regards to, they hang up.

Just received a call.  Usually don't answer these types of calls, however was expecting a call from Texas.  (It showed up, Plano, Texas.).  Anyway, this was a call center regarding a change in rates on Credit Cards.  Total SCAM!

Just called me on my cell, asked if this was such and such a business. I asked her how she got the number. She said it was attached to the business. I ask what the call was in reference too and she said okay thank you maam and hung up. Whatever!

I received a call from this 214 440-0278 she ask for the owner of the Company and I ask what's this in regards to and she hung up. She never said where she was calling from or what was the nature of the call. Very unprofessional.

just received a call from this number, no one would say anything then hung up. I tried to return the call from my cell phone and from a land line.  Phone just rang and rang, no one answered.  How do we get rid of these phone hasslers?  I'm sick of it..........this is not the first time...........and I am really sick of it.  WHAT DO THEY WANT???????

Some ghetto south Dallas uneducated woman calling me saying " hello" hello" hello"  I said you called me, why are you asking hello? Cussed at me like a dope dealer an hung up.  

No wonder why people are still racist these days, act like this on a phone call trying to get my business......

From a Google search for Apex Merchant, this is the best I can come up with.  Their main number is: 214-440-0200.  I called them and you get all kinds of departments except customer service.  I tried the "operator" and all I got was voice mail... so I hung up.  I opted to talk with sales, and the lady said she would take my number off the list to not call.  Well, guess what?  Still calling, and still not leaving a message.  Apparently they are just a business "hunting" for suckers to give them their credit card numbers etc... If you get a call, call the number above and complain and demand them to remove your number.  If enough people keep calling, and taking up their time they might get the hint.  Call ever time they call... keep a record and read it back to them every time you asked to have your number removed, and let them know that you are on the DO NOT CALL list, and are reporting it every time they call.  Maybe sooner or later they will get the hint.
