The Person calling was named "Anthony Davis" stating he represented my county in the Judgement department.

DO NOT SPEAK TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY ACTUAL INFO ON YOU. THEY DO A REVERSE LOOKUP ON YOU THROUGH INTELIUS AND YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER TO GET ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU.

The rep said a social security number and bank account information and asked me to verify it first. I would not. He then mentioned the names of relatives that I used as references. At no time have I ever used relatives as references and would not do so.

The company is called Cornerstone Mediation and is just a slum agency trying to collect a debt whether its yours or not.

They use a CRM to track how many times they call you so they can keep a record to try and keep it on your credit report: This is what is currently available:
