Calling about my auto insurance payment, the new 2016 insurance laws can dramatically reduce my insurance premium

I always miss their call. When I call back, I get message in stern voice "We are unable to complete your call this time..."

It sounds like they are using caller id spoofing.

Why does this number keep calling

Kept calling me and leaving a voicemail with nothing on it been getting multiple calls from this number and another one similar to it

Called randomly. I picked up and dead air. Then I redialed the number and it rang once and then nothing.

They just called my work phone 15 times in under two minutes. My email registers all missed calls, so when I returned from lunch, all these stupid missed call notifications are clogging up my inbox. Left no message.

Called me then hung up after two rings. Didn't bother calling them back.

Calls are supposedly about lowering vehicle insurance payments. When I asked who was calling, the recording said its from some sort of State insurance group. May have even said it was a non-profit.
The thing to note here: IT WAS A RECORDED VOICE, PROBABLY A COMPUTER SYSTEM THAT WAS SET TO REPLY TO ME WHEN I MENTIONED CERTAIN WORDS. It was very strange & 'she' would just answer a question & keep trying to get my name, etc..WHEN I ASKED CERTAIN QUESTIONS, It prompts the computer aka 'Ann' to answer.
DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT CALL TRYING TO GET YOUR INFO!!! I called back for giggles, since I can block calls, and the call drops (sounds just like a cell phone drop call, before it rings.

This number and a similar one have called me several times. I blocked the similar number. I called this one back and it's disconnected. This one is also getting blocked. I am sick of this.

I got the same "2016 insurance law" spiel, and said "You are a robot." About 2 seconds later, the (obviously recorded) voice said, "Of course I'm a real person, why do you ask?" and then disconnected. I was disappointed because I wanted to mess around with the robot.

Hang up answering call and hangs up when I call.

Don't pick up..

Called my mobile phone and left no message. Probably junk sales call.

Called me today, but I didn't answer. no message left.
