This is a call from a debt collector/bad debt buyer called National Assets Recovery Systems (NARS).  They are headquartered in the State of Missouri and I believe they are now called "Integrity Solution Services, Inc.".  This company purchases portfolios of worthless, time-barred credit card accounts, payday loans, utility accounts, etc.  "Integrity" is not a word I would associate with this rag-tag bunch of liars, cheats and frauds.  NARS/Integrity Solution Services has call centers throughout the USA and overseas.  If you are harassed by this collector, file a complaint against them with your state attorney general or the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.

Thank you for that information.  I have been getting harassed by these people for over 2 years... Now I know what I can do, I was told to change my number and frankly I am considering it.. I do not have time to be harassed over a Payday loan that I never received!  These people are relentless and I will be filing a complaint against them with my state!

Great information All those out there that are getting these calls BEWARE!   You know if you had a "loan" or a "past due bill" I'd call the company direct to talk to their customer service representatives.  Those are the ones you should trust, not this company!
