- know your rights replies to Brenda| 1 replyOnce they are informed the number they are calling is a cell phone bill collectors are not allowed to call it with out express consent. They are not allowed to incur a debt to collect a debt. If you ever get a live person on the phone note the date and time of the call then inform them they are calling a cell phone and not to cal it back. You might also want to send them a letter certified mail that you want no phone contact. Once they receive that they can call ONE more time to inform you of the actions they intend to take if they call after that it is $$$ in your pocket.
- Era TatedThis is NCC Commonwealth Financial Systems. I finally had enough and called it from my landline and asked why they were calling my cell all the time. He said if I gave him the number they were calling he could tell me. I did, and he said who they were trying to reach. I told him wrong number and he said he would remove my cell number. They are a debt recovery business and here is their link: http://www.necredit.com/index.htm

- SCOTT S| 1 replyI get a call from these [***] clowns everyday M-F @ 10:00hrs central time and then sometimes again around 15:00hrs. I've received a few messages and it's as many have stated some machine calling in lew of a human to get me on the phone and once I answer it says it is transfering me to a person. I as most of you always hang up, I'm going to contact my lawyer and look into filling charges against them for harrassment. If anyone else here is in the DALLAS area, feel free to e-mail me @ brainedbox@gmail.com. Perhaps with many names of falsly identified individuals being harassed by these fools we can turn this into more of a class action issue.
