said they were calling about an open case and were VERY concerned as to my lack of response to mail sent to my last know address!  I called back and there was no answer.

got a call asking for my name and ssn

said they were concerned for my lack of response to a previous message. Obviously this number is some type of scam most likely

Receiving continuous calls.  Scam for personal information.

Same scam message about an open investigation.  Didn't even bother calling back. Will definitely report to FTC.

The caller Karen Lynch stated she was calling in regards to an open investigating pending against my name and social security number.  She was a little concerned. You never responded to the notice sent to your last known address of county record.  Please contact us immediately at 214-489-7435.  She gave me a case # and said I had 48 hours to notify them.  If not the case will be turned over to the State Attorney Office.  If called before they can settle out of court.  She stated the name of the Company is White & Associates out of Dallas, Texas.

Have received NUMEROUS calls from the automated dialer with the same " open investigation line" . I pressed 1 for a representative and was told "oh we don't show your number in our records" when I told them they were calling a business and they need to stop the lady got VERY rude and insulted me. I told her I was filing a complaint with the FTC and hung up. She then CALLED ME BACK to further insult me. I called the number back to get the company name and THAT woman was rude and insulted me. I hung up on here then SHE called me back!! Complete ridiculous unprofessional SCAM!! Complaints have been filed!

Said they were calling about an open check fraud case I had, They could not give me the name of the bank the check was drawn on. Definitely a scam because I have a clean credit record and have never bounced a check, Scary part is that they had the last 4 of my SSN.
