I received a call from James William telling me to call him back at this number. He left the message on a business phone where at work. He was hard to understand. The call came from Dallas Texas

received 5 calls from this man who i cant understand from Dallas, Texas...says there is a case under my name, blah blah blah i always get scam calls like this...it's hilarious! I love to laugh at them and hang up..they always call back and ask why I'm laughing. It has become entertaining. Even while i type this complaint he has called. he gets mad when you laugh. lol  He knows my D.O.B and social..doesnt scare me.

Got calls from this number... couldn't understand him or his "lawyer" or his "paralegal"!
Said I would be arrested tomorrow morning for not paying back a loan I took out in Connecticut???
Last time I was in Connecticut was on a U.S. Submarine in 1968. NEVER HAPPENED!!!
This guy knew my full name, address and S.S. number. When I asked for information like who, when or how much, he refused to answer. Just kept saying he would see me in court.
He also said the name of his firm is "The Law Office of Dallas"... no such firm in the phone book.

Clever little rodents aren't they? Try throwing your best insults at him and laugh like a Hyena. He'll get so pissed-off that he'll soil himself. Then he'll have to scamper through the soukh to his hole to clean himself. Then he'll have to scurry back to the boiler-room. All in all, he'll have wasted a hour of his worthless existence that he would have otherwise been using to scam others. Hey, at least it's a start!

Does your phone company have "block call".  Mine does and I blocked their number from coming thru.

Got the same calls.  Several of then over the last 2 months.  He even went as far as to tell me "the F.C.C & F.T.C. were involved. He said if he'd see to that I lost my job.  I turned the tables on him.  I went to the F.C.C the F.T.C. Better Business Bureau,and the Attorney general's Office.  I was told not answer the calls let my phone ring.  I'm still on my job,and nevr have been arrested!

These people called me saying i had criminal allegations n charges n threatening arrest me. Said they were sueing me n wanted my lawyers information. Said they had my personal information.. Well they had me scared at first but my husband n others found out its a scam to use your fears against you to receive money....

The same guy called me today and said the same thing.  He said his name was Kevin Smith from the same law office, looked it and yeap it doesn't exist.  He knew all my info and said that he was going to my place of employment and arrest me but yet he could not provide me with any loan info, etc.  i called police who said it was a scam....

Wow I was scared lol but it seemed too fake because they were really unprofessional, they even called me at work CAN THEY DO THAT WTF!

Got a call from an obvious foreigner...with a very American name stating that there was a lawsuit filed against my name blah...blah...blah....for a loan that wadnt being paid upon. I just

got the loan about a week ago....not due yet.. duh..."Brandon Smith" (if that IS ur real name) lmao....need better actors or to brush up on reading a teleprompter.

I pray this idiot calls me back so I curse him like he never has before. Please don't fall for this

Just a reminder, but the minute you answer the phone, they know they have a valid, working phone number.  I answer on first or second ring whenever, and hang up immediately.  They may try to call again two or three times, but I just do the same thing each time.  Usually they drop you from their calling list if it appears to be a non-working number.  I still get angry about the fact that these sleeze balls can get a phone number.  Some of them advertise online for callers, and the ads say they pay $16.00 per hour.  Must be making some money somehow to afford that or perhaps that is just another part of their scam!

I received a call from this number. I called and they claim that there is a lawsuit against me for a loan. I asked them for their address. They gave me 2000 Rose Av, Dallas, TX 75201. I looked on MapQuest and there is no such address in Dallas. I looked on Google maps and there is a 2000 Rose Av in Cleburne (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex), but that is a neighborhood. They even said that I will be arrested on Friday morning.

You CANNOT be arrested for a debt.
Go to ftc.gov and read the FDCPA and learn your rights.

I have been getting calls to work and home from this number,some dude name rayn,who i didnt even understand had some weird accent.
Well he told me that tomorrow i will get arrested at my job,because i comitted fraud om a loan i took out
