Keep getting calls from this number but no one is leaving a message.

It's a debt collector! West Side Management. Something like that!

Yes they state that they are the FBI Fraud Investigations and if you don't pay them! They will get very unprofessional and get mad that you don't give them you debt card or credit card or checking account. They are a scam and say you owe a old payday loan or might not exist in my case. The company will threaten you and say there are coming to your house to arrest you," if you don't pay now"! And then state they are taking legal action against you, they will even give a bogus acct number that says it is filed in state you live at or by your states case numbers. They will even tell you broke the USA FDIC penal code(lie!!) the penal codes are usually three or more you might have broken(don't fall for the scam) and then it gets better: they will  read your address and last four digits of your social. Well I did  call the FBI and they inform me and, said call your local police department and tell the caller the number to your local FBI agent, or your local police Department. Do not pay them anything!! They are from a 3rd world country and want your info to fraud you. If they threaten be strong and don't let them tactic you in to paying. There collections tactics is illegal and unprofessional. The US does not allow these collection methods, do to our rights and laws. Be careful they will say there are agent office (what ever American name the make up)!! MR SMITH is one name,they use. Thought I would let you know. Run from the calls if you can't take the heat! And be careful they will call family members and tell them you are going to jail and they to contact you to keep you at of Jail.

Wierd, I answered with my business name and "Investigations" and they hung up immediately.

This phone no. has been ringing me for the past few days and no voice mail.  And I live in the 704 Area (NC).

i got a call from them today and i want to knw how can i stop them from calling me on my home and cell

I have been called over the last week and a half by someone looking for a Kizzy Wren (not sure of the spelling ) I have no idea who this Kizzy Wren is. Its always an automated call and they say to press 3 if not Kizzy wren. Problem is my answerting picks it up when I'm not at home . It says they are a collection agency trying to collect debt. My Caller ID says its from West Asset Management.

It is a debt collector. I recieved a call from them looking for someone that had my phone number previously. The rep was nice about removing my number and notating it on the account. Fingers crossed I will not recieve calls from them again.

I too have received numerous telephone calls from (214) 506-7187.  They never leave a message.  Yesterday, (11-8), I received a telephone call at my job.  There was a recording asking me to "Press 1" if I was Alfreda Gregory and if I was not, I was supposed to "Press 2".  Then a message stated that if I needed to place the call on hold while I wait for Alfreda to come to the telephone, I could "Press 2".  I never talked to anyone.  I just hung up the telephone!

I get an average of 3 calls per day and never answer.  How do we get them to stop?  It sounds like what they are doing is harrassment and I'm on the "do not call" system supposedly.

They call me today asking for Dahil Rivera and when I told them that its a wrong number they just hang up.

Keep getting calls many times a day but no message ever left. Did a google search and found the FTC fined this company back in March of 2011 for fraud. Here is the link to the page I found. Its pretty interesting reading material

I keep getting calls for the last two weeks. Its an automated call looking for somebody name Alexander Lopez Martinez.I have no idea who this guy is I tried to call this number but nobody answer.
