Corry Jr the owner of Fuzzy/Wuzzy and Corry's Fine Dry cleaning was the person to clean my carpets. He left my carpets soaking wet and sprayed one of my walls with their soap/checmical that they clean with. I was also told that 85% of the water would be extracted so by the time I came home from work the carpets would be almost completely dry. When I called to ask for a discount because of poor quality and spraying my wall, Corry Jr was rude, denied spraying my wall, lied to me and would not give a discount. I had expected since this was a local family owned company better service. This company should stand behind their work and service they provide, if they did even though the quality was not good if they made attempts to correct it I would highly recommend them to anyone knowing they stand behind their work. Unfortunatlely they are dishonest and clearly just looking out for their bottom line. Beware of this company, it is worth paying a little more for cleaning with a reputable company.

Oh how I wish that I had paid attention to all the bad reviews I read before using carpet cleaning services. But, I didn't. Instead, I decided to go with the couple of good reviews figuring that more people write bad reviews than good., I left and returned in time to pay the gentleman - standing outside in the driveway. When I walked into the house, it smelled okay and that was it. Other than vaccuming and spreading a scent around, I could not tell that the carpets had been cleaned. There was no evidence of spot cleaning or strain treatment

Never received a call during my "3 hour window". When I called the service to check up on my appointment, I was told they tried to call but said that my phone number was out of service (which was odd since I called them from my home number and un-blocked the caller ID). Then I was told sorry...the crew has been sent to another job and there isn't anything they can do for me other than re-schedule. When I explained that I took time off of work to have this done, there wasn't much sympathy to THEIR mistake.

Be careful, these are bad people. Seems they have a habit of bullying people and making up lies to cover their aggressive sales tactics.
This company tries to give the impression that they are a company owned/franchise operation in different cities whereas in reality they are a telephone/internet operation that uses independent not licensed  local individuals/small companies that they parcel jobs out to complete.
I was totally not prepared for this company. Over the phone i was given an estimate of approximately 45.00 per room and when he arrived i was told that it would cost me 299.00. He wrote up his report as if my carpet was heavily soiled with many permanent stains. my carpet is only a year old, we have no pets, and has small spots around the table. After debating both the price and the condition of the carpet he agreed to do it for only 198.00. When he was done i had wet carpet and the same dirty spots that i started with. after he left i went to the store and picked up a can of Resolve and the spots came right up. As if i wasn't upset enough...they used my water and my electricity to do the job. the machine was using so much energy that it caused my breaker to go out about 5-6 times. I would not recommend them to anyone!
