kv - 10 Apr 2007Got call at 4am!!!! When called back an automated voice told "Please wait while I connect your call" followed by long music, hang up after a min, not sure how to avoid these crazy calls.

patrick woodward - 11 Apr 2007i recieved a call from 214-586-0999 margaret lopez of clayton mexico. tonight 4-10-07. she threatoned me and my family. then hung up. here is the big joke so beware. the scam is to get u to call back so she can get a cheap thrill or say she is the one who is being harassed. knowing here real phone num and being on meds 4 a psych condition compulive disorder i take the bait. alot of calling cards on the market have num as such and ive recieved many calls from places like palm springs and beverly hills places that would confuse me.many times i had calls where she faked as suicide threat or love hate type. these numbers are not untraceable but very hard to explane.

pinay - 3 May 2007i did get the same call... i realized it was a telemarketer from the Philippines... They were selling long distance access to their lines... So like you I am annoyed, but since the Philippines is a separate country and they are not liable to our do not call list... they can get away with it... maybe we need to all get together and make a big loud complain... so they be stopped in harrasing us.A4P6

So I decided not call back but after 1 hr, I thought someone may be looking for me. When I called back, there was auto recorded message " Please wait while I connect your call" and then music started.

Graciela - 22 Sep 2007My sister and her husband are Doctor's, We live in the border of Mexico-U.S.
They being getting calls from this number since 2 months ago., The same thing
happens to her when she call back she gets the music going. We already field
a police report here in our town. We will be traveling to Dallas
to the detective division to see if we can stop this sick operation., I just
don't understand how the police/detectives can't find out as to how they
can unplung the switch to this operation.
