Call is from nissan motor acceptance

got a call from this number twice to far today and no one is on the line. just dead air..

I called the number (in Texas) to iquire about why my number was called. The lady asked if I had recently obtained the number.  When I told her that I had the number for the last 20 years, and asked why they were calling, she asked me for an account number with them.  I said, "No."When she said she would take my number off their list, I said that since I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST, I wanted to know the justification for the call.
She  said that she could not give me a reason.  I then said that I intended to make a DO NOT CALL report, and told her I was getting tired of receiving MANY SUCH UNWANTED AND UNWARRANTED CALLS !

unwanted call three times in two days. (8:15 this am) called and asked why- told them I ha not ever done busi9ness with them and to stop calling. took my number. nissan financial company

calls 1x a day almost every day, but will not answer back when I say hello. I always say hello twice to give the caller enough time to respond or incase they didn't hear me the first time. However, whoever is at the end of this line will not answer back.

I called to get our phone number removed from whatever list we are on, but they said our number was not in their system and so she couldn't do anything.

Bummer.

called twice today, once at 2:14 and the 2nd time at 3:14. weird that it was exactly an hour apart. i didnt answer because i didnt know the number, but no messages were left.

I've received several calls from this number and I've informed them that the person they're asking for doesn't own this telephone number.  The last call I received no one responded to my hello's so I hung up and called the number back and explained the situation - don't know if it'll do any good as I've done this before.  :(
