Don't know who this is purported to be a contest and I would be a top winner. Wanted to know my income level. I refused twice and told him to not call me anymore. Have had no more calls yet. This seemed dodgey to me. I should not have to give that info to win something.

It's a scam phone.

This number called me 2nd times but never left message. Don't know who it is.

This number calls me everyday, sometimes twice. No one ever leaves a message, and I've never picked up.

This number calls me almost every day but never leaves a voicemail. I don't answer number I don't know.

called 3 times, picked up on 3rd call h e introduce himself as Jeff and I hung up

Don't answer.  Scam artist.  Trying anything to get your personal information and get you to say "YES" to some random question so they can charge you.  Best to hang up and not talk to them.  If you do answer by mistake, try this ...."US Depart of Justice, how can I help you?"  That might get you off their list.

Received a call from 214-617-2614, I answered it then hung up immediately once I realized it was a scam. with a little research found that it is a VOIP line. I would guess it has been hacked  and now used by a robo-dialer for span reasons.
