Yes, it's the Lew Sterrett Justice Center in Dallas, TX. And no, I'm not...nor ever have been...an inmate...just know people who had to sit there for a spell. It is an outbound-only pay phone.

Received a call from this number and a recorded message came on saying that this is a paid call you will not be charged.  I hung up after receiving the message

yeah just got a call from this number but im a work, no voice mail was left so i called back and got my ear drum blasted out from the stupid fax sound. then i googled the number and it directed me here....

now im worried that one of my friends has done somthing stupid...

I have had numerous call's from this number. Please block it.

My ex partner has asked my apt manager to kick me out our apartment and now he calls everyday accusing me of different crimes harrasing me that I will pay back. He sent my pregnancy pictureswith my stomach cut out. Saying thats wat I deserve.

This is pure harrasment. Someone needs to yank this phone off the wall. Multiple calls at 2 am.

Called our office twice just before midnight and left no message. Caller ID showed "ATT" and the number.
