- Calls from this number come from Infinity Networks, a prepaid calling card company who set up accounts for inmates to use at a correctional facility to call friend and family. The inmate cannot set the account. The only way you can receive calls from this number...a civilian has set up an account with YOUR phone and and sent an inmate a pin # to call your phone number. Only 1 phone number can be set up per pin #. If you have not set up a prepaid calling card with Infinity Networks, contact them at 800-847-2521 8-5 M-F. They are not friendly and try not to be helpful unless setting up new accounts to accept your $$$

- Frustrated16 Nov 2007Received a call at 9:30 pm then again at 9:00 a.m. Message said this is a collect call from a correctional facility, then silence. I said hello, hello, and finally hung up. I am wondering just how much this call will cost me.
I tried calling the 800 number above, got put on hold for 20 minutes, and when I called back the number is busy.
